Kalapeetham offers instruction in Bharatanatyam (South Indian classical dance) in the Kalakshetra style and tradition for both children and adults. In addition to training, the school provides performance opportunities for professional artists through the performing wing of the institution, the Kalapeetham Dance Company. Our mission is to share the divine art of dance and music while upholding the high standards of excellence established by Smt. Rukmini Devi Arundale, the visionary founder of Kalakshetra.
